Update VMware.HV.Helper.psm1

Adding new parameters for New-HVFarm function to configure the ComputeProfile of the VMs underlying a farm:
- NumCPU
- Ram
- CoresPerSocket 

Adding the use of the parameter ReusePreExistingAccounts for INSTANT_CLONE farm
