5f6294cf67 Update VMware.VMC.psm1 
Add switch to Connect-VMCVIServer to allow the use of the management IP Address instead of the Public IP address.  This would be used when the DNS resolution for the VMC vCenter is set to the private IP.

ecc12a1884 Address Issue #269 
Both flash parameters for `New-HVPool` were limited to the validate set of `LINKED_CLONE`. This updates them to be valid for all desktop types, since it is applicable to all desktop types.
